SIP walls and wiring

The first wall goes up. The 4 by 8 panels are joined with 2 by 4 splines like the one you see at the end.
 

Each SIP has two wiring chases.

To make room for a switch or outlet box, you cut through the interior OSB at chase height and dig out some foam.

The south wall early in the morning. Most of the exposed foundation will be buried when construction is done.
